Let me tell you.
A personal trainer usually does just that – trains people. The deliver their sessions, if your lucky a bit of dieting advice, and then its “thanks for coming see you next time.”
My method is different, I specialise in helping people make a DRASTIC change to their lives – that is my passion!
I have to get under the skin of my clients to truly unlucky their potential. Which involves different training phases, recipe books, training schedules though our downloadable app, mindset coaching, support networks and much more!
Getting someone from A to B is my mission. Not just training you for the sake of training you!
I hope this blog going to prove useful to people of all fitness levels with any goal. I’m going to include nutrition advice, effective exercise ideas, exercising at home, meal planning and many more!!
