“I just need motivation”
Let me just stop you there.
If you are coming to me for motivation, that will never work, so you’re best off just joining a gym and seeing how it goes.
(Although, if you don’t have motivation to start with, it will likely fail)
See, as a coach, I can hold you accountable to the goals you set and if you are not hitting them. That part is easy.
But the driving force behind these motivations is you, always has been, always will be.
I can’t physically drag your ass out of bed every morning.
I can’t physically drag your ass to the gym after a hard days work.
I can’t be there when you are about to make bad food choices.
I can educate, coach, teach, mentor and advise. But it all falls at your feet at the end of the day.
See, the pain you are in needs to outweigh the amount of work you will need to do, if you actually want to succeed.
That is what you need to evaluate, “HOW MUCH DO I REALLY WANT IT, AND WHAT AM I WILLING TO SACRIFICE”
If you really want to change, and I mean REALLY want it. Then you’ll have that motivation already within you.
That burning desire to not fail.
That resilience to do whatever it takes.
That stubbornness to not take no for an answer this time.
Take what you want from this post.
But the truth Fat loss doesn’t happen without sacrifice.
You sacrifice time to exercise.
You sacrifice eating constant crap food to stick to your goals.
You sacrifice drinking too much alcohol on a regular basis.
You make the sacrifice, you get the rewards.
